Federal access card: questions now answers later

The Consumer and Privacy Task Force, chaired by Professor Allan Fels established to advise the Federal Government on issues related to the development of the health and social services access card has released a discussion paper outlining preliminary thinking about questions that need to be addressed. The five major issues include privacy protection and accountability. Submissions are invited and close on 27 July.

The Task Force plans a range of activities designed to attract public input.
